Some women find taking DHEA, i.e., dehydroepiandrosterone, helpful. It is a readily available, over the counter, pro-hormone, found surrounded by health food stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets. DHEA, "is the coarse material", male and womanly hormones, are ultimately derived from. Taking 25 mg/day, may increase your sex drive, and help next to vaginal lubrication.

Why is it in feminine public lavatories the seats erect up?

when a woman goes thru the adapt of life she loses womanly hormones from the body.therefore losing vaginal lubrication. this can be greatly painful..believe me, i know.
the best point to do is keep a tube of personal lubricant surrounded by the nightstand next to the bed.
shortage of lubrication is the #1 thing that will interfere beside a womans sex drive because of the very spasm that it causes.
i other keep my personal lubricant ( ASTROGLIDE ) contained by the night stand for when something comes UP if you know what i be going to. try it !
good luck !!!

hot flashes?

Have you tried luberication. This will aid the pain next to not rubbing on sensitive skin (vaginal walls). Also if you are able to own some wine then you may want to drink roughly speaking 2 glasses. The alcohol contained by the wine will help the blood rush through you body and that can grounds stimulation in your genital nouns. Hope this helps honey. Good luck!
