Need some advice.girls one and only please?

6 weeks is a long time off for a hernia removal. Is it mortal done Laproscopically or open? That make a difference in the medicinal time. Even then, 6 weeks is a long time. Generally its 2 weeks past its sell-by date then 2 to 3 weeks at feathery duty depending on the healing process and what type of hernia repair the party is having. I work for a surgeon and we do these every light of day . Asking for 6 weeks off since the surgery is even done, in my opionon is sneaky. There are special circumstances that would prevent a human being from returning to work before 6 weeks, but to be precise rare. Is she anticipating complications? lol....This member of staff is milkin for sure!

Periods stopped?

It depends on the type work you do. If your work entails lifting, later it will be that long before the doctor would release her. In the meantime, she would not know how to lift more than almost 5 pounds, and there would be no bending allowed at all. Although she could be released from the hospital any later that time or within a few days, depending on the type of repair- she would not imagined feel physcially very well enough to work for at least possible a week afterwards. If she has a written physicians excuse for the sick move off, I think you would avoid a large amount of legal trouble by simply granting the six weeks of will.

Which do girls prefer?

How can i get rid of my stomach?

6-7 weeks may be pushing it rather especially if its a sedentary job. However, if here is any physical exertion, I'd say it's pretty good. This is an abdominable surgery and causes abundantly of discomfort. My husband had two hernia surgeries and he needed six weeks stale. Best to be safe - if near any exertion during recovery it can unhook all that be just repaired during surgery.

Ladies lone?

It would depend on the job. I'm not the most magnanimous of medical certificate writers and I would advocate to give 4-6 weeks for a sedentary worker and 10-12 for almanac.

I would only impart less if the long-suffering were exceedingly eager to stir back sooner. Thus I would read aloud 6 weeks was not OTT.
