Thing in the corner of my mouth...?

I have have this red patch in the moved out corner of my mouth for about 3-4 months. It does not hurt or itch. I enjoy been keeping my chops very moisturized to try to trade name it go away, but it only just won't. What could it be? Ho do i get rid of it?
