you should go to the gyn when you start have your menstrual not just sex. within can be things you can get from using the wrong soap, that arent a form of std, but are merely known what they are through a pap theory test. when you go they will ask you to undress and put on a gown. they check your breasts for lumps as in good health as put a speculum inside your vagina take a culture and check for std's. as far as tampons are concerned you shouldn't use them. they ae no virtuous for you. if you are going to do it anyway make sure you know how and what exactly to do to use it right...

First, its gynecologist.
You should dance to the gyno whenever you feel its crucial.
A gyno is a doctor who specializes in women's condition. Like everything going on down in that area and everything else. An expert on women, if you will.
It is not detrimental to use tampons at any age, whenever you get your time of year, just take care.

Hope this helps.

What could this be?

do you niggardly gynEcologist? a gynecologist is a doctor, specializing in the female reproductive organ. i assume you should start seeing one if you encounter problems about your period like irregular period or dysmenorrhea (painful abdomen when you enjoy your periods) so the doctor could give you suggestion... you should also see a gynecologist once you become sexually active so you could monitor the form of your reproductive organs...you should also see a gynecologist if you feel some symptoms of itchiness, aching or any other sensatio/feeling that is not common down there. Lastly, you should see a gynecolgist especially if you manage 25 years old or elder, especially if in the menopouse age span or if you have multiple sex partner - have a regular pap smear to check for cervical cancer..

Brownish discharge, no smell, havent have sex, what could it be?

it's gynecologist. you should ask your mother this instead of strangers.
they will give you a vaginal exam to sort sure that you are healthy and swab for std's. b/c if you enjoy one it could make you infertile(unable to own children)if left untreated and they craft tampons for teens so i guess you can use them now. but i'd sit down and enjoy achat w/ your mom so that she can explain it all within more details. trust me she won't freak out. she'll be proud that you came to her and if you are infact still a virgin she will definetely be content a/b that. just permit her know that you are growing up and that you want to be informed on your women gealth so that you can make the cooreect decsions. you can also move about to your local planned parenthood to speak to a counselor as very well who can explain it all to you but i'm sure your mom would move about w/you too. they recommend you start seeing a gynecologist when yo're a/b 16 or when you star having sex. but trust me hold to your virginity until nuptials. take concern.
