I have these little bumps on the pay for of my upper leg that are pinkish red. Could they be ingrown hairs, I don't know what they look close to. I noticed them around the age of 13 or 14. Sometimes they achieve a little scab over them that can be picked sour. I know they are not an std and I'm pretty sure they are not caused by shaving because they aren't adjectives over the place and I only shave that chunk of my leg like twice a month because the spike there doesn't grow much and is really fine.
