Pimples on your breasts are no different to the ones you gain on your face. Popping them won't result in breast cancer, but its not unbelievably savoury and could result in small sores which will result in little scar. Nope. You're fine. Though if you pop them, you might get acne scars on your breasts.However, your worries of cancer should be ease.
Are the pipples located near your nipples? If so these are glands and can get infected. If they are located on the breast nouns itself I'm sure it's okay.
Just watch out for skin infections and maybe scarring if it be a really bad pimple (hate those!). Other than that I agree with the others - it's locked. ;)
