Bigger breasts?

I want bigger breasts but I'm only 14. I know general public say "you'll grow into it, freshly give it time" but I don't infer I will. People say look at your mother and her breast size should convey you your future breast size. Well my grandmother have very roomy breasts but my mother doesn't. Do you think it skips a classmates or something? I'm only an A and I've hear that birth control makes your boobs bigger..is that true ? Does anyone hold a way that I can go and get them to be bigger ?
