Frequent throbbing urination with anguish in low backbone can indicate bladder infection or even a kidney infection or could be something entirely different. No, it doesn't hold to be at the emergency room. If you have a doctor of your own, appointment her office and ask if you can be see today - explain the urgency to the staff. Otherwise you can consider an urgent care clinic or a walk-in clinic. These are adjectives cheaper than ER visits and you can probably be see in smaller number time and more comfort.
