How fat is too fat?

I'm about 5'3.5 - 5'4 and i weigh 139.5-140 pounds on average. I'm other insecure about my immensity compared to my twin, whom i am about close to 20 pounds heavier than her and everybody compares me to her. I'm about one centimeter to self overweight compared to the BMI charts, but my weight has gone up since my arts school district banned lockers and i've have to carry my books within my arms, thus my arm muscles have gotten bigger. But i'm other concerned i'm overweight. And like most women whose clavicle shows mine never does because i hold more fat in attendance. I always perceive like i can't size-up appearance sagacious compared to my sister. People comment constantly about my facade being "fatter" or "wider." What should i do to grain better about myself?

dont stir by bmi's they arent the most acuurate because weight can effect different areas and muscle weigh more then stout. judging by your discription i dont deliberate your fat at adjectives. as long as you can go in the order of your daily generally and enjoy activites and put away a healthy perched meal your solidity should be were it is regular for you specifically. everyone is different and you shouldnt be ashamed of yourself

How common are irregular period in women?

Forget just about BMI. As long as the weight don't create problem for you (like illnesses, movement) , your substance is ok.

don't verbs, you are just right. even tho you are a twin you are an individual and remember that the subsequent time you try to compare. i am sure you look just fine. i am alike height as you and i am surrounded by the 140's and am ok with my bulk. i know that i could stand to lose a few pounds but i am not dwelling on it. you and i could try using portion control and we probably need to start walking for 30 minutes a sunshine. and i know that would help lose the substance.
but like i said you are not one and the same you are your own person and please revise to love yourself and not compare, ok?

If you learn to concentrate on your own strengths than your weakness (comparisons with your sister's counterbalance, etc), I think you would be much happier. Don't compensate attention to what others say around you vs. your sister.
If your weight really bothers you, a moment ago eat a valid meal 3/day and hit the gym/start exercising.
