Magazines, movies, TV, books, billboards, advetising of all kind tell us over and over and over things approaching Lose Weight now!, Blondes enjoy more fun, stay young, hold your skin beautiful, wear these great clothes, look close to a model, look taller and thinner with blah, blah, blah! If you hear those things repeatedly every morning while you grown up you cannot help but compare yourself to others including airbrushed imagery. Even models don't look good plenty! How can women HELP but feel mortified with their own bodies.
