Here's how you measure for a bra size:
1. Measure around your chest, lately below your breasts.
2. Add 5 inches if it is an odd number; add on 4 inches if it is an even number. This is your bra measurement.
3. To find out what cup you have need of, measure around the fullest element of your breasts. If the two numbers are the same, you necessitate an AA-cup. If the two numbers differ by 1 inch, you need an A-cup. If the two numbers differ by 2 inches, you want a B-cup. If the two numbers differ by 3 inches, you need a C-cup. If the two numbers differ by 4 inches, you involve a D-cup.
Go to a bra department and try on the different styles to see what is comfortable for you.

I'll give an example. My bra size is a 34A. The 34 ability the measurement around your chest and the A channel the size of your breasts. You need one of those cartridge measures that are made for sewing and wrap it around your chest, just below your breasts. It should come out as a 34, 36, 38(not sure on how big that goes). Go to the store and try on bra's with that length and keep trying till one fits your bust. Good luck.
