Lower Back Pain and Some Lower Abdominal Pain.or just Anxiety?

For the past week and a half/2 weeks - I've have off/on pain contained by my abdomen. It's almost as though I can "feel" my ovaries -and it's merely a dull pain and sometimes it will move about to my lower back to mid/upper put a bet on and go away or sometimes it will travel down my thighs. I've noticed some burden on my chest too. I had my time of year very delicately about 1 1/2 wks ago, for 2-3 days and it go away - I had be kind of mixed up beside my bc (I'm on yasmin) so I wasn't exactly sure when I was going to get it. So, after I have that last extent I started up. now i haven't taken the pill for 3 days (forgot to) and I woke up this morning and when I go to wipe I had see red blood. Also, I had a miscarriage surrounded by mid/end of June, and had a D&C on June 19th. When I found out I be going to miscarry - the doc told me I had a cyst on my Right ovary, but not to verbs about it.. it be 3cm. (looked like a golf ball). I also own Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

What could this be?
