Breakthrough bleeding from birth control pills or am I pregnant?

I have be on the pill for 5 years.

And I haven't swtiched pills in 7 months.

I own NEVER missed a pill or taken one late.

I started a pack and nearly a week after I started the pack I noticed a unlit brownish discharge.

It has be very lighting spotting for about a week immediately.

I had sex second night and when I wipe there be a bright red spot on my toilet paper.

I own a little cramping too and my breast are slightly tender.

I took a HPT and it be negative.

I own not taken any other medications and my husband doesn't use condoms.

This have never happened to me up to that time.

I am going to the doctors, but does anyone know what this is?

it is possible to have breakthrough bleeding on the pill (spotting).the blood from your wipe after sex be probably just bc you did it a moment or two too rough, werent lubbed up enough and near was rubbing..it have happened earlier to me.as long as you took all the pills and werent on antibiodics, i would say aloud that you probably arent pregnant..good luck
