I got my interval as usually like a week ago, nought wrong or out of the ordinary justs some cramps but that's everyday, And today I found this like blood stain in my underware.. is it middle-of-the-road? what is it? shoud I worry? It have never happened back'm freaking out!

It's normal. Don't freak out, you'll be fine. I reason most gurlz have impossible to tell apart thing. I alwayz gain it before my actual time starts or after my period is over.Just wear a panty liner, or a diaphanous pad and it'll stop.
