Im scared.Could my Dr. be wrong? plz read?
Of course it is, you can turn free-flow quite with satisfaction as long as either you are wispy enough for it not to be notice in the sea or you (and the people around you) don't mind the blood showing in the dampen - there is nought dirty about menstrual blood, maybe not for those who don't like the verbs of blood, but otherwise not a problem. Alternatively free-flow layering would be similar to using pads while swimming or in notion free-flow instinctive would be doable as well as long as you are fundamentally experienced in using that menstrual opportunity.
It is perfectly sheltered, in reality due to the many strength risks that are linked next to tampons (TSS, bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, vaginal splitting, fibre loss, increased menstrual cramping, and chemical exposure) it is in good health to go minus a tampon – tampons will bring the water, along beside chemicals and bacteria from in the pool when it absorbs the hose from the pool into your vagina.
There are also of course other menstrual option;
Cloth pads, homemade pad and padded panties are adjectives fine for swimming provided you wear shorts if you are worried about nation seeing the wings or pad themselves.

Sponges are technically tampons but given the difference in condition impact between commercial tampons and sponges many do count them as extraordinarily different, but they do the same career and don't show anything outside.

Then of course in that are menstrual cups, whether bell-shaped cups, homemade cups, diaphragm as menstrual cup or softcups, all are undamaging and can be left within for up to 12 hours, there is smaller quantity chance of leak, no water incorporation to cause bloating in the dampen, suction of the cup prevents as much water (…and so chemicals and microbes from the water) getting into your vagina, and nothing showing on the outside of your body.

Unless you want to get the hose bloody, no.
Pads would get too showery and be destroyed
Sorry
Is it possible to get side effects from Depo Provera after have been on it for a while?
it wont hurt you physically, but it may bruise your pride when everyone wonders what the murky red/brown marine is thats hovering around you..yucky. And you'll probably ruin your swim suit. I wouldnt suggest it sweetieNo it is not locked because when you are on your period your vaginal nouns and such are more sensitive and open because adjectives the blood and waste enjoy to go out but if you swim germs and such in the sea can go into you and basis bad stuff.
Oh yeah once you bring back into the water the blood doesn't really come out ubt it's still doomed to failure.
