ladies when you are having yoperiods.how do you do it when you jump to the loo.those of you who use pads and other methods besides the tampon ?for everytime you walk to the loo do u have to silver the pad even if its not full.how do you do it?i pee seriously when i having my menses how do i ahve to cope near the pad entity i have stopped using tampons after they hold given me problems and im now using pad but i find them hard to use.and how do i dispose them at home.do you rinse them first before putting in the bin
