What could i do for this?

Im at work and I get bad at 12 or 12 30ish..and i have college 2mrrw and i worked real belatedly last darkness..and i think i get bout 3 hrs of sleep ..this mornin.but right now.im tyrin my hardest to stay awake.its so hard..everytime i close my eyes i touch my head plunge backwards..do u have anys suggestions to preserve me awake besides caffeine.im 17 and i dont drink coffee

If you can gain away for a few minutes go for a brisk hike or a bike ride. The best thing you can do, if time permit, is take a 20-30 minute snooze. If you can do that you will feel so much better. Don't sleep more than that because you won't want to take up and you'll feel worse than you do right immediately (any more than that and your body goes into cavernous sleep mode and that's the last entity you want unless you can sleep the entire night).

coffee's not the only entity with caffeine. you could try "power bars", near are about a thousand different dash drinks, and, sometimes you can even find energy GUM- that have lots of caffeine. really- if you got at most minuscule 6-8 hours of sleep. you wouldn't have this problem.

First see your councelor.Maybe you can cassette some classes and nap. The councelor may refer you to more reasonalable employment Like a split shift 4&4
