Workout with a toddler?

I need lend a hand, I've been trying to find a opening to workout when I have my 15month ancient son, i feel resembling like ive tried everything but nought seems to work, He follows me everywhere and when i try to put him within his room with the babe gate up he stands in attendance and cries and it breaks my heart. its not his fault i inevitability to work out everyday. and going to the gym isnt an option right in a minute. Please help........

The best way to work out, ( I read out the best way because I lost 16 sizes from this) doesn't require you to set out your home even. You can do floor exercises in front of your t.v. during commercials. By doing this you run out up working out much more than you would have, but going away the house or going to the gym. If you need some cardio, you can play music and hop while you clean the house. Believe it or not it works great. I own three children and don't have the funds to be in motion to the gym so that's how I lost my weight. Plus it boosts your vivacity level big time. It seem like the more you do the more strength you have.

Anyone be diagnosed with PMDD?

Can you push him surrounded by a stroller or take him to the park? That's some exercise for you.

Put him in his stroller and put your foot. I used to do sit ups with my legs bent and rest my babies on my legs and raise them up and down, they thought I was merely playing with them some times I would do step and put down a book for them to do step near me. You can get creative and still take your exercise in.
