What workouts can I do at home to help my breasts defy gravity as I age?

inclined bench presses. You lay posterior at a 45 dgree angle on a bench and lift the weights (fairly fluffy amounts so you can easily hoist them 20 times in a row) straight up this will strengthen the ligaments along the sides of your breasts and offer them as much lift as possible. Otherwise it's purely genetics as to how much they hang down as you age.
Push ups maybe?
