My periods used to be very regular..every 28 days. For the past few cycles they have been longer like 31 days.

What could the cause be? I know this is not much of a difference contained by days, but it is strange to me. I'm not stressed out or anything.

About going 31 days instead of 28... My cycles have be every 21 days and lately 18 days. I wouldn't worry something like it too much. It feels approaching I am constantly having this. I guess it could be your age too. If your infantile it probabley isn't something to worry nearly, but when you get elder and it seems resembling your'e getting it every time you turn around, it 's time to see the doctor. I sure wish I could be every 31 days.
