Embarrassing Minor Medical Issue?

I have a pimple on my bum, right where on earth the elastic from my panties sits. The pliable rubs it and it hurts. I hate wearing thongs, and hence don't own any, and my school uniform is lately above knee length so too short to walk commando (not that I would go commando to university anyway). I know it will go away within a couple of days, with the cream I am putting on it. I tried to squeeze it but it hurts too much, and I am too confused to ask anyone else to look at it. Any ideas on what else I can do?
