im 16, skinny, under-weight(cannot gain wait no situation how much i eat, or what i eat) im looking forvitamins to save me healthy. alcium is a bit of a problem beacause im latose-intolorent. i necessitate something for my weight problem, and my calcium problem, does anyone know what are the best quality of vitamins that i can get at any drugstore(walgreens, GNC) for me?
