i had not had my cycle for awhile, due to the ortho evra patch,?
I was using it continuously, instead of shifting the bc patch every week for 3 weeks and then skipping a week , i wore it for 4 weeks to wipe out periods for awhile. in good health now i am using the depo shot that i will gain every 3 months, but my cycle is heavy resembling a faucet. is this normal? ( NOTE: i be using the patch every week for 4 weeks to eliminate my cycle beneath my physicians care.)

This is normal next to any birth control change. Sometimes it can pilfer a month or more for your bleeding to slow or completely stop. Anemeia can be brought on by this and you should ask your doctor if an iron supplement is recommended, depending on how heavy your bleeding really is.
You are still bleeding too heavily. It's time to stop treating the symptoms and find the problem. Tell your doctor you want him to fine out why your periods own been so impossible.
This could be because your body didn't have a time of year for so long, that's why you're bleeding so heavily now. How long have this been going on? If its be for more than 10 days, I strongly urge you to see your doctor and make sure you're doing ok.at the enormously least that you're not becoming anemic.
If your doctor be advising you to enjoy a constant level of hormones (rather than taking the 1-wk. break) consequently he should be able to explain to you that what's going on is either right or wrong, honourable or bad. Good luck.
