I can feel a tiny bump on my cervix, what is it?
You're right, it is peculiar to have vaginal bleeding after nearly 10 years of cessation of menses. Do not pause to go to a gynecologist asap for evaluation. In post-menopausal women, vaginal bleeding could be cause from endometrial atrophy, meaning that the pool liner of the uterus is drying and shrinking, or it could be related to endometrial cancer. My best advice is for you to see your doctor, don't hitch.

Why Wont My Wife Let Me Have Sex With Her While Shes Breastfeeding?
When you say "it's be almost 10 years", do you mean since you have a period? (I.e. are you post-menopausal?)If so, I would unequivocally get it checked out. Although near are plenty of things it could be, it IS unusual to bleed after you have finished menopause. It could be zilch, or it could be uterine or some other cancer of the reproductive system. I definitely wouldn't fail to acknowledge it, though.
Depending on your age, some women do have spotting as all right as heavy bleeding in between period. You could also have the rash onset of menopause. I enjoy a friend who is 36 and this was also her problem. She did finally budge to the doctor and get her pelvic and pap smear done, as okay as some sort of a vaginal ultra sound. they did put her on some sort of meds and it cleared it up. I would enunciate you should really go see your gyno, and consequently always a second one for direction just don't tolerate one doctor know you have see the other doctor so they don't just agree beside each other to agree.. they do that some times.
