Look at the packages for PMS meds over-the-counter. If they have a diuretic, cart it. Bloating is just retention of fluid. There is Diurex, Pamprin, Midol. If you can't convey if it has a mild diuretic from the ingredients, sometimes they inventory that they contain a diuretic.
