i am suffering from constipation from 1 and half year after my delivery, i tried many fybogels and other medic

i tried various medicine and went plenty of times to the doctar as all right but no use after some days of relieve and again face same problem i am carefull contained by what i eat too and drink reheat water too but still no use...can anyone please help
