What time should a 17 year outdated girl sleep?

Its 2:41a.m here I came from a surgery few weeks back so I am always at home and never seize sleepy, what time should I sleep? :) I know it sounds stupid but please answer <3

Well, until you're a full-grown adult, at LEAST 8 hours. More would be good. But get on a moral schedule. Your body's systems and metabolism are determined and kept in synch by how much light pass through your eyes. Go to bed as early as possible so you can wake up earlier near a proper night's sleep and get as much light as possible.

well considering you're pretty much an mature, you need minumum 8 hours per night to be healthy. A lot of citizens don't get that much and less than the recommeneded amount of sleep can contribute to stress, illness etc. So aim for 8 hours.
If you're not sleepy try reading a book til you nose-dive asleep, listening to music, day dreaming or going for a long walk/run at sunset to tire yourself out.
Don't do anything "stimulating" like study TV or use a computer. Good luck
when you are tired...preferably during the time when it is dark outside. It does not really matter. The best thing though is to own a regular time that you sleep. It keeps your body working right.

For example...if you sleep from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m....always sleep from around 2:30-3:30 to about 10:30-12:00

Dont budge every other night/ or every night for that matter--- switching...and being from 10:00-8:00. and then 3-11. that will newly MESS up your body. Be kind to your body and let it have a sleep rota. doesn't matter what time, just keep the body on diary and not mad at you. lol.

When ever you get sleepy. You should own at least 6-8 hours of sleep a night though.
