With Depo Provera is it possible to not attain your time the 1st time you take the injection?

I thought it took like up to a year before your term stopped coming, but i got the shot about a month ago, and in a minute i'm late? is that supposed to happen?

Answers:    I hear that stuff is really dangerous. :[.
That probably can happen, I'm on this shot and haven't have a period since I started it, or way back that I guess because I had been pregnant and nursing. I freshly spotted a lot for quite a few months, but this shot messes up your cycle seriously, so yeah, that can crop up Depo works different with everyone. When I got it I immediatly stopped my interval. But that shot can mess you up. I stopped taking it and have had my time of year for 3 months straight with no stopping. The doctor said I will have to dawdle it out. I would say not to get it again. .
Absolutely. I know of women who enjoy gone YEARS without getting their periods while on the Depo shot. It wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor though, simply to be on the safe side.
