Will this WORK?? how long will it steal!?

If I run 30mins a day, and every other day do strength training, how long will it purloin until I see results? I'm 21 - 5'3" - 140lbs - female - AND DYING TO LOSE WEIGHT!! I used to look so good.. and i've permitted the weight 5 lbs at a time... and this is just getting OLD! Help please!!?

Ok honey,I will help out.if you are 21 you should be happy with your counterweight.you are the right weight for your weight.but if you would similar to to lose weight that is fine to,but I should donate that if after 3,4,or 5 minutes you lose breath you should stop running because your body cannot bear to lose anymore weight by that type of excercise,I suggest you use one if those machines,of if your that large(I am not adage you are)use jenny craig or nutrisystem,but,those aren't neccesary for your weight,just buy an excercise device,good luck:)
