I've been taking it since Sunday and I'm so scared I'll gain solidity to the point I'm scared to eat! I'm terribly small, 5'6"ish and 102 pounds, I actually lost a pound after the first night I took it. I've other been skinny and could eat alot, is this going to effect it? And for inhabitants who gain like 10 pounds the first wekk or two of BC, would I already have notice it by now? Please help I'm so distressed! And hungry!

I was on Yaz for 3 months and I had adjectives kinds of terrible side effects, but freight gain was not one of them. i don't know of any women that take Yaz and gain any weight (I'm sure there are a few out near, but just in my circle of friends I don't know of any). =)

First stale.congratulations on being smart and starting birth control. Second off..At 5'6 and 102 lbs it's okay if you gain a few pounds no body beside notice. By not eating and stressing yourself out approaching you are over gaining a few lbs you are treating you body worse then if you in recent times gained the weight...

not possible it contains dropsirenone which is a form of progesterone...it is unlikely because people don't usually gain weight on bc they retain river...yaz contains a diuretic so its not likely to retain water...some relations will use any excuse to overeat and gain weight and then enjoy something to blame it on..good luck to you.i used yasmin for a long time and then yaz..i be pleased with both .in the first three months i have a lot of mood issues but beyond that i was fine.
