Please I've tried the Tampax websties etc,but they give me recommendations,and they suck.

Anywho,my time of year doesn't get SUPER heavy,it's environment flow.
I want 360 coverage.
No cardboard.

For pads,I want something that doesn't feel similar to a diaper.

You need to spend your money and experiment with a mixture of brands and size yourself. My sister and I use to fight over this because our mother would buy one brand that one or the other doesn't like. Eventually she give us money to buy our own stuff. Get the smallest pack to avoid getting stuck with too many contained by case you don't like them. For me napkins beside wings were desperate news. I preferred wingless Kotex and Stayfree, I wore super absorbent because I be most active.

playtex regulars seemed to work capably for me until I had my first kid and my body changed. As for pads it depends on the sunshine and flow. On heavy days I like Stayfree ultra thins near wingsand at night stayfree ultrathin longs with wing On a med -to light day I close to Always or Kotex ultra thins. I also like carefree pantyliners as the come within several lenths so you can get the coverage you need. You may own to shop around until you find what you like by buying a new type of supplies every month or two until you find what works and later put what doesnt work in a backpack and leave contained by your locker to give to friend in an emergancy

What can i do to stop leak overnight when i hold my time?

I've be using tampons since I was 8 (12 yrs now) no matter how stout and I've always used Tampax compak; Its a plastic applicator (no cardboard) ; I've never had a outflow problem and find them to be super comfortable.

i get a medium flow and i use playtex sport super and regular (depending) i also use the dry weave other pantie liners (from costco)
and i use the poise pantie liners or kotex pad as normal pads
