Answers:    I have pcos also, it is because your body is have a hard time releasing the right amount of estrogen and progesterone and testosterone. I don't know about you, but along near mine, I am insulin resistant and I have to eat unmistaken foods to keep things regular. I really can't explain the nausea, I really don't go through that unless I enjoy not eaten correctly, but the tiredness is most likely do to the chemical level. Look it up on the internet, there is tons of information out there in connection with pcos!.
