I'm worried. I've been eating profoundly healthier for the last two weeks (went from ingestion mostly pasta, bread, pizza, tacos and junkfood to consuming mostly fruit, veggies, lean meat)

So I don't understand why it hurts when I have a bowel movement.

Like purely now -- I had to stir pretty bad. I thought it was going to come out beside no problem. But I actually had to strain for a while and it hurt.

All last week, I noticed my stool be solid, but had some blood in it.

I'm terrifically scared and worried.

It sounds like your diet is cause hard stools. Get some stool softener caplets (Wal-Mart's brand are the same as the lofty priced ones) and take 3 a day. I presume you'll find things go smoother then.
