When do i nick my pill so that it delay my interval?

I'm going to a festival for 4 days on the 21st, and i'm due to be on my period for it, but i really don't want to be.
I haven't be taking the pill for a while because my doctors messed my prescription up but now i have them i would approaching to know when to start taking them so that it delays my period?
If i haven't explained properly simply say and i'll edit. Thanks!

Answers:    only carry on taking it, no break. I'm going to a festival too on the 15th but luckily it won't be a problem for me, hooray. Have a great time!
EDIT I've only just re read your question, this will be a problem for you as you are not supposed to start taking them until the first day of you trial period. Ask the nurse if there is any bearing around this, I have a feeling within won't be, sorry!.
Discuss with your doctor how to do this, as you should only enjoy doctor approval to mess with prescription drugs.

Even then, you could still fall up getting your period and you will end up messing up your cycle (I did this and not just did I get my period, I messed it up for months!).
.
Just start taking it and don't enjoy a 7 day break between the first two months (take it every day) it causes no damage, totally safe. Then you can have a time of year after 56 days instead of 28. Take an extra week's worth of pills so it delays it by another week. Then take the blanks.

I hope I help!.
just don't take your length week pills and start with your new pack!
