for the last yr now i enjoy been having some issues near my back. i can sleep at night on my sides a short time ago fine but heaven forbid i sleep on my back or on my stomach! if i do, consequently the next morning my lower back is sooooo stiff and hurts really doomed to failure. what could this be?

I think you should buy yourself another bed.
I had impossible to tell apart problem, and when I got a good mattress the backache went away. It's hard to stay on your side at hours of darkness, I found I always woke up on my back within pain.

when you sleep on your back or stomach, you might be going too far down into your mattress. a short time ago for 1 or 2 nights, try sleeping on the couch. then if you grain better, get a new firmer mattress.
