What is the difference between a Obstetrician and gynocologist?

Answers:

What is.?

The difference is that an obstetrician is trained not only in dealing next to the female reproductive organs, like a gyn, but also contained by delivering babies and performing female surgery including c-sections. An obstetrician is mostly also a gynecologist, but a gynecologist is not always an obstetrician. A gynecologist can be just a nurse, but a obstetrician have to be a doctor.

Obstetrician delivers babies, gynocologist does the basic exams, though it seem that alot of them seem to do both.
