How Do I Become Less Stressed??

I am a very stressed out and anxious person and I want to stop. I merely get so anxious about every little piece, especially my grades and my future. I have constant headache and jaw aches because of this stress. I try to cart some time out per day to relax and chill out but nothing works. I lately keep thinking about human being a failure in vivacity. Would medication help me?

I agree with the second answer - Yoga! I used to be a stress orb and started doing ashtanga yoga. I am not so stressed any more. I also take a vitamin B complex (a liquid supplement), lower than the direction of a naturopath. OMG, that has helped incredibly as economically. Maybe get tested to see if your vitamin B levels are perfect - mine weren't and hence the supplement.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to add - try volunteering too. It helps return with your mind off of the things that worry you. I be worried about work, my partner (who was within a horrible accident) and my health, my house..etc. I started volunteering and just that little break up of the week, working near kids, has totally helped. Sometimes a break from your worries is part of the pack of the solution!

I have been dealing beside this type of thing for years. I have also be perscribed meds a few times and refused to take them when I obtain them. I think that in some cases possibly its needed but I have been trying to meditate and trying to focuse on the present moment and stop worrying in the region of the future so much or think around the past. I think that doctors perscribe meds too much instead of trying to find a different course to deal with it. So I would influence to try to meditate, exercise, eat right and enjoy the present. Because if you verbs to much you miss life now. If that doesn't support then maybe you should confer to a doctor or a councelor. Either way life is too short to touch this way believe me I know.

I have anxiety and stress problems, as ably. I saw a psychologist once who told me that I suffered from "severe anxiety" so I know how you feel. It is very thorny to calm yourself down, but I have picked up yoga, and it have been really great in dealing next to my stress and anxiety.
