Well normal range is from 10-16, but you should probably converse to your doctor about it. I guess if a girl who has not have her first period by age 15 has what is call primary amenorrhea, which can be caused by stress, very low or high-ranking weight, problems with structure of vagina, famine, or chronic diseases. You should talk to your doctor, they may be able to come up next to a solution.
Chances are you are probably just running later to draw from it, which their is nothing wrong with..
I would jump see a doctor hun, most girls start earlier than that...you're probably fine :) but you don't want to take a karma. I'm not sure...but there would be something wrong with your body, and you'd enjoy to see a doctore. .
