What happen at a girls sports physical ?

I've just found out that i've got to hold one done and i'm scared.

My brother had one done and he said it hurt but it'll vary for me because i'm a girl. He also said that it's not just physical, they ask you questions too but that's adjectives he'll tell me.

So what happens surrounded by a boys sports physical and what happens in a girls one ?

Is it startling ? Painful ?

Answers:    The examination will in certainty be much the same, concentrating on checking cardiovascular and respiratory systems. They should listen to your heart, check the rate and note your blood pressure. They should also check your lungs and any check a peak flow or pulmonary function tests. There might also be a brief neurological check up, which might include a hallucination test. Also they may dip test your urine. Nothing should be even humiliated, let alone painful!.

A sports physical exam is a pre-participation exam to be faultless that you do not have any medical problems that would interfere with sports surrounded by general or a specific sports activity.
A enormously good medical history should be obtained, in particular in regards to any possible cardiac (heart) problems and previous injury. This history is as meaningful (and some would say more important) than the exam itself. The exam will have to be in part unclothed so that the heart, lungs, abdomen and back can be examined.

For a pre-participation physical for a womanly, it is not necessary to do a breast exam or a complete genital exam. Often laboratory tests of your blood and urine will be done to screen for adjectives medical problems such as anemia. 2) Immunizations will be given if needed, to prevent diseases such as tetanus, measles, mumps, rubella and hepatitis. 3) Health guidance will be offered for any problems or risk factore identified. The physical is often required for school, sports or military camp participation, but it is recommended for all teens on a regular starting place. For girls, by age 18 or at the onset of sexual activity, a pelvic nouns is also recommended. Your pediatrician or family doctor can tell you surrounded by more detail what to expect.
