2 question just about my workout??? I could really use some proposal!!
and next i'm wondering if i should ever bother working out, I am just underneath 5 ft tall about 120-125 lbs (depends on the day) I know here are other people out there that would shoot to be my size, and sometimes i wonder if i should just stop obsessing roughly speaking my body, my biggest problem w/ my body is my stomach and no matter what i do i can't get rid of my "spare tire" should i in recent times except what i have? appreciate my size? how do i do that??

When your time of year is about to begin, it is majority for you to feel like you don't own as much energy. This is normal, I usually purloin Midol because it has caffeine in it, and give me a little extra boost so I can be active again.
Your counterweight sounds perfect, but perhaps you shouldn't stop workout altogther. At smallest remain active in some track or another, but don't worry about losing mass, just maintain the ultimate weight you have in a minute. Don't stop working out, because it's just healthy. As far as your stomach, I hold the same problem, and I bought a Slimmer Band/ Sauna Waiste Band. You can get them from Walmart, Target, even K Mart. They cost going on for $15. I got mine from KMart, and it's that Balley brand, so it has extra support within the back of it, to help support you better if you do crunches or lifting. It works by creating your abdomin to sweet. I go down from a 12 to an 8 within the last 4 weeks, and beside doing crunches while wearing it, my spare tire is decreasing as well and becoming more toned. I had a greatly bad tire, 4 kids worth. Try that, I'm sure it'll work for you. All my mother friends use it, and we all own had great results.
