What could do this...?

I've noticed that on days when I'm on-line a lot, reading email, blogging, YA!, etc that I tend to surface worse, my body feels wore down, I'm restless etc but on days I'm not here much I don't feel as fruitless --- I don't understand this because it's not like I'm really exercising more or smaller amount, least I don't think so.
What could be the use?

Being on the computer a lot can cause depression and stress surrounded by the body.
Also you can pull a lot of muscles within your neck when you are on the computer.
When I am on the computer too much, it makes me tired, achey, sometimes contained by a bad mood.

Try not to be on as much and get a neck/back manipulate from someone you know or where ever you prefer. =)

Staying seated and online for so long, doesn't really help your body receive the optimal blood that it desires to in order to work it's best, and because of this your brain get tired and so does the rest of your body. You need to get out and do more. Keep your body regularly influential, and less time online.
