I have noticed that I enjoy had intermittent spotting between periods and the bleeding have actually been moderate. I'm wondering if this is run of the mill. I'm only 27 and my pap was middle-of-the-road last summer. Has anyone had this same experience? I also hold mild cramping as well.

That used to happen to me abundantly...it's just 'old blood' (I know that sounds gross but that's what it is). I asked my ob/gyn--there's nothing wrong near it or you, in fact it's rightly normal I think.

I used to catch bleeding when I ovulated. The pill took care of that.

If you are on the pill then it's time to devolution to a different pill - you sometimes grow out of your current formulation
