What are your opinion and experiences near "Mirena" birth control

I am seriously considering getting the "mirena" birth control implant. I am 26, have 2 children, and am not planning to own anymore at this time and if I do, it will be years down the road. I have a problem with taking anything beside estrogen in it, and this form of birthcontrol, seems approaching it would be the best option for me.
So, what are your opinions on Mirena??
And those of you that hold it, what has been your experiences next to it...good or bad??
Thanks :)

Answers:    I have mirena actually until today. I just have it taken out at the doctor's office today. I had it for one year. I really like it. It was a no hassle form of birth control that I didn't have to verbs about or even think around. You can't feel it and your husband/boyfriend can just scarcely feel the strings. I spotted the first 3 months of taking it, and after that I only have 2 periods. I cramped throughout when it was time for my spell whether I had one that month or not. Granted the times I had my spell was the worst timing ever, like the time I got married and the week of vacation! But my husband and I have unprotected sex and it worked great as birth control. I have gained profoundly of weight being on it, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it may be coincidental. I would recommend it to anyone who is in a stable relationship and who has already have children. And another thing I really like roughly speaking it is that when you take it out, you can automatically start trying to conceive again. My doctor told me today that I could get pregnant as soon as he took it out (like tonight). So moral luck and I hope you decide to get it!!.
best choice i ever made! i hold it and love it. There are really no down sides with it. for the first couple days you get cramps and you hold irregular spotting for a month or so. but after a month of using mirena i have not had a spell since! and i dont have to worry give or take a few birth control for another 5 years. youre a good candidate if you individual have one partner and after you have have children. i did lots of research on the web before i made my final descision. so anyways...i administer it 5 out of 5 stars. hope this helps!
