My granny said when you get hold of hot flushes dab some cold water losing your ears and on your wrists it'll help, as for the periods, I'd assume they'll come when they perceive like it, mores the pity! .
I'm 74 and long past the horrible time you are going through but it be hell while it lasted. I know it's not P.C. these days but I started HRT when I be 50, the difference was amazing. I felt a tentative woman and my husband thought he had one!! No help to you presently but I'm afraid it's just a matter of slack in there.
There's great freestyle operated hand held little fan you can get in any chemist, I still use one (not because I'm menopausal)

Hello I hold been period free for three years on september 12th! Hooray. My doctor said that after one year of no period then I would be classed "menopausal" Before that obviously i be peri-menopausal and I started having irregular periods over a time of year of three years but apparently all women differ. Well I have a practical joke that will at least give you a titter. What is the diffrence between a rabid pitbull and a lady with PMS ? Lipstick.I know it isn't pretty on topic but when you go through the change we involve whatever gets us through the moment.Remember they enunciate laughter is the best medicine.
