What are some signs that I'm getting my time of year?
Answers: Cramps, bloated sense, bad tempered, wet retention.
The cramps are generally eased by rather exercise - something that moves the tummy around (scrubbing the floor actually is the best thing I own found for this!).
Well every girl is different but for me I do get cramps. Cramps, I get extremely bloated, sometimes I attain a little sick, my breasts get really sore going on for a week before I get mine, and the cramps start a hours of daylight or two before.
Also someone mentioned to exercise, I've always be told that exercise and walking that sort of stuff helps cramps. From personally experience I can articulate that that is not true for everyone. I have the worst cramps ever, and hold tried lots of things to help them, and I can say exercise have never helped me. Everyone is different, so try a little of everything..
