i got my first period EVER 4 months ago and i own not had my 2nd yet. my mom said i inevitability to tell her if it has be 6 months because i might have a hormone imbalance?? is within any way to help it come?? i'm not heavily surrounded by sports, i'm not stressed out...????

This is very regular for someone who has just begin to have a menstrual cycle. This will probably happen to you on and past its sell-by date again for the next few years.
