What are some diets I could do to control my IBS?

I get really bad pains from IBS and when I answered a questiopn the pother hours of daylight relating to IBS, I noticed somebody mentioned a starch free diet.

Where could I get more informtion give or take a few this and what can I do? It is so frustrating as I get IBS pains everyday. However, I can't find a trigger. Sometimes it is food (I avoid white bread altogether) while sometimes it is random

I'm almost 22 years ripened, 155cm, 54kg, work out at the gym 3 times a week and have a personal trainer.

Please help! 10 points will be given today. BTW I'm within Sydney, Australia

Answers:    Check out www.eatingforibs.com. The woman who started the website is an IBS suffer herself, and has (through years of trial and error) worked out a diet that helps remove symptoms. She's also researched the reasons WHY the diet works.

In addition to the website, she have two books, "Eating For IBS" and "The First Year: IBS". Both explain what IBS is and the basic strategies for dealing with it, and I've found them massively helpful..
I would suggest you get surrounded by touch with a dietician, who can assist your dietry requirements to suit you, it is as you say a restriction of wheat base foods, plus others.
