Tummy hurts, sleep problems! 14, lend a hand! :/?
trouble sleeping.
(irritated, start to go to sleep at 9 or 11pm dont snoze or get somewhat sleepy until 3 or 4am! then i'll wake up contained by 30min or 2hrs meaning i only receive 30min to 2hrs of sleep!, have to leave the house at 6:20am for institution!, never had this much trouble sleeping, sometimes its like im going within a heat stroke but im not, blah.)
no i dont drink sodas at all, possibly sprite but not in the past days. solely tea! i had water today one bottle, my tummy hurts and im not sleepy. i perceive like i want to and should but just cant! never have this much trouble before! been goin on possibly a week or so... :/
I been bleh lately. im like the hapiest kid you know but in a minute i seem drowsy but actually im not! school more boring i get no sleep and im wide awake!! im not ingestion much. like i mean not as alot as i use to which be extremely a lot.!! my stomach seems upset lately... bleh kinda depressing but i could never run into or not even be like 57% depressed.
any help? :/
Answers: This would noticeably be one to ask your doctor about. You could either own depression or insomnia. Depression can cause physical pain resembling tummyaches, and also cause lack of sleep and fear bleh. Insomnia is when you have trouble sleeping, and if you're not getting enough sleep, it can rationale other symptoms like the ones you described. Definitely ask the doc about this one. You probably involve to see the doctor on this one hon. Hate to say it, I hate doctors too...but...You enjoy all the classic signs of depression which besides working on yourself on the inside can only be really help with medications that simply your doctor can prescribe.
