Answers: Unfortunately miscarriages are that common. Almost every woman I know who have had children has have a miscarriage. The percentage is frighteningly high.
Please do not stress about it. Most (all?) miscarriages are not a result of doing something or not doing something (gymnastics or chance diet), they are because there is something biologically wrong (bad DNA or something). If it is going to happen, it is going to develop.
Again, don't stress out over it. Please.
good luck!
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
You really need to stop worrying, the stress wont relieve at all.
Its pretty much down to your body now to pilfer care of your baby and your living to take care of your body so remember low stress level are essential.

Miscarriages seem more common presently because people find out much earlier. Miscarriage is most adjectives at 8 and 12 weeks as your body's hormone levels adjust but can happen at anytime for lots of reason. Try not to woory too much, which I know, is easier said than done. If you are destined to have a miscarriage then nought can be done to stop it so there really is no point in wasting adjectives your time and energy thinking about what could possibly come to pass and probably won't! Your body is designed to look after your baby and there really is no requirement to stop doing the things you enjoy like dance and gymnastics as you being fit healthy and contented is ideal for your body in preparation for your growing little one.I have never had a miscarriage but I enjoy had the misfortune of a stillborn baby and am individual glad that I cherished every moment I had of my son growing inside me, when he was still alive. Enjoy your pregnancy as much as you can, if it ends (which I sincerely hope it won't) consequently it has happened for a sense, even if you don't see it at the time, it was just not designed to be.
Your hormones are going to mess with your head (and body) big time, this is single the tip of the iceberg, you will feel more emotional than ever formerly, all normal.
Just remember while you are opinion like this is all angelic signs your pregnancy is normal and you have no function to think anything else. Take care x
