when my arm is laying still it moves. its so freaky. its like the skin is bubbling or something. do you know what this might be?

Answers:    i also enjoy this it could be micro movments where the arm just moves which is commonplace but im guess that it feels more like it is contained by the vains and this is just the blod moving around a block or mabye it is just out of palce its nothign 2 verbs about i hget it all the time and it is non-hazardous..
